An assessment of In vitro propagation of some important medicinal plants

Abstract
Liberation of diseases, is one of the oldest human practices and several traditional clinical procedures have been deputed using many plant species. In the recent years, several hurdles related to the search for new drugs from natural products have been overcome through the use of new technologies, from the performance of chemical pharmaceuticals to pharmacological studies including the integration of metabolomics and genomics approaches to develop traditional methods of studying. The plant uses for several therapeutic purpose followed by isolation of natural and medicinal products. This has allowed the development of herbal medicines with safety, efficacy and quality which stand out in the international pharmaceutical market.
